Processing Time
When your order gets made
Every Rookie Season order is custom. Production begins once we have received all required photos, information, payment and approvals. Turnaround may vary depending on the product, order size and time of year.

Available shipping options and rates are confirmed during the ordering process. Local pickup may also be available for eligible orders.
DELIVERY TIME
After your order leaves us
Delivery time begins after production is complete and depends on your location and the shipping carrier. Shipping time is separate from our production turnaround.

TRACKING
Follow your package

When tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow its delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Ordering from outside Canada
We currently support Canada-wide shipping. If you’re ordering from outside Canada, contact us before placing your order to confirm availability, shipping costs and any additional requirements.
