We take pride in creating custom products and experiences that celebrate athletes and teams. Because each item is personalized our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.

Custom products

All sales are final on custom trading cards, Custom Player Songs, and personalized products once production has started.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Rookie Season Studio as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders are final sale.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, has a defect, or Rookie Season Studio made an error, please contact our support team so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

digital products

Custom Player Songs and other personalized digital products are custom-made. Refunds, changes, revisions, demos, proofs, or approval stages are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed as part of your order.
