Studio FAQ Guide

When will I receive my printed baseball card?

Printed baseball cards are produced and delivered at the end of the baseball season to all purchasers. Digital proofs may be sent earlier for review, but physical cards are printed together in one final season batch to keep pricing affordable and quality consistent.

Who sends the photos and player details for a team order?

One main contact should collect and send all roster information, player details, reference photos, and approvals. This helps keep the order organized and avoids missing information or duplicate submissions.

Are digital orders faster?

Yes. Digital designs and walk-up announcements can usually be completed sooner because they do not require physical printing.

Can each family pay separately for a team order?

No. Team orders must be submitted and paid for by one main contact, such as a parent rep, coach, or team manager. The team organizer is responsible for collecting payments from families and dividing the cost on their own.

How do payments and photos work?

Team Order Policy: For team orders, one parent, coach, team manager, or team representative must act as the main contact. All roster information, player details, reference photos, approvals, and payment must be submitted through one main contact. Rookie Season Studio does not collect separate payments from each family for team orders.
