Refund Policy
Rookie Season Studio creates custom youth baseball cards, posters, walk-up announcements, laminated big head cutouts, team card sets, and team hype packages. Because each order is personalized and made specifically for the customer, refunds are limited once design work has started.
Custom Orders
All custom products are made using the details, photos, likeness, names, jersey numbers, team information, and design requests provided by the customer.
Because these items are personalized, custom orders are not refundable once design work has started
Before Design Work Begins
If you need to cancel your order before design work has started, please contact Rookie Season Studio as soon as possible.

After Design Work Begins
Once design work has started, payments are non-refundable because time has already been spent creating a custom product. This includes custom player cards, team card sets, posters, walk-up announcements, big head cutouts, and team hype packages.
Photo Quality

Design Proofs and Customer Approval
A design proof will be sent before final delivery or printing. Customers are responsible for reviewing the design proof carefully, including: player name, jersey number, team name, league/division, spelling, colours, layout, player details, and product details. Once a design proof is approved, Rookie Season Studio is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
Revisions
Minor revisions may be included before final approval, such as spelling corrections, small text changes, or minor layout adjustments. Major redesigns, new photo references, style changes, or changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.
Photo Quality
Player cards, team card sets, and posters are created as custom illustrations in the likeness of the player using the photos provided as references. Laminated big head cutouts use the real submitted face photo directly. Final design quality depends on the quality, lighting, angle, clarity, and pose of the photos provided. Refunds are not provided because of poor photo quality if the final design was created using the submitted photos.
Printed Products
Printed baseball cards are produced and delivered at the end of the baseball season to all purchasers unless a rush print request is approved. Other printed items are produced in scheduled print batches. Once an item has been sent to print, refunds and cancellations are not available.
Printing Differences
Printed colours may look slightly different from what appears on a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Small colour differences can happen because of screen brightness, printer settings, paper type, finish, lamination, and production methods. Small colour differences are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Printed Items
If your printed item arrives damaged or there is a production mistake caused by Rookie Season Studio or the print provider, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please include your name, order details, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. Rookie Season Studio will review the issue and may offer a replacement, correction, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Walk-Up Announcements
Walk-up announcements are custom-written and prepared for use with BallparkDJ and announcer-style apps. Because walk-up announcements are digital custom services, they are non-refundable once the announcement has been written or delivered. If there is a spelling, pronunciation, or wording issue, Rookie Season Studio will make reasonable corrections.
Digital Files
Digital files are non-refundable once delivered. If there is an error caused by Rookie Season Studio, a corrected file may be provided.
Rush Orders
Rush fees are non-refundable once rush work has started. Rush printing is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Rookie Season Studio.
No Public Photo Use Without Permission
Photos submitted by customers are used only to create the custom product ordered. Photos are not posted publicly, used in advertising, shared on social media, or displayed as samples without separate parent or guardian permission.
